Free Online Journals.

Want the convenience of blogging with the privacy of journaling?  Worried you won't remember to make entries?  There is now a free online platform for journaling and reflection called OhLife!  At http://ohlife.com you can sign up to receive a daily email asking:

"How did your day go?"

You simply reply with your answer and your words are saved, just like that!  You're also given a quick chance to reflect because at the bottom of each post you are offered a snippet of a past entry.
This is a great way to document your days and revisit your journey...it couldn't be much easier!

What the tweet?

Are you new to Twitter?  Thinking about joining?  Wondering what all the fuss is about?  Here's a quick glimpse at what Twitter is and how it can work for you!

Tweets are essentially bite sized blips of information that you want to share (tiny bites - you have to keep your tweets to only 140 characters)...
  • Your goal should be to share things that you care about with other people that are interested.
  • Twitter's great for making announcements, hyping promotions/give aways, posting photos tracking your progress/what you're doing (twitpics) in real time, sharing articles or news stories, talking about things you're interested in or learning from (documentaries, helpful websites, etc.).
  • Keep it fun and engaging!  Target your tweets to the audience you want to attract.
